When can we expect Dual SIM Capability with Verizon on Android Phones

I am not a fan of Apple but really want the ability to combine my 2 phone lines on one phone so I can stop carrying 2 phones around. I have been reading that the newest generations of the Samsung Note 10 and possibly the Google Pixel have eSIMs which should allow for this but it doesn't seem that Verizon is offering this capability yet on these phones. Is adding something other than Apple phones to the list of duel SIM compatible devices list even something Verizon is looking into?
