Swapping Phones/Numbers - Do I lose the promo?

We purchased an iPhone XR back in November for my wife with a new number. When we bought this phone there was a promo for $350 off, which is being applied as -$12.50 per month on my bill. If I swap this new number with an existing number on another phone on the plan, do I lose that -$12.50 per month on the iPhone XR?

Yes, we would be moving the number from an iPhone 7 that is on the plan to the iPhone XR on the plan. The number that is currently on the XR would move to the iPhone 7.
