In store pickup awful

Ordered phone at 8am yesterday. Go into the store and they have the phone but can’t release because it doesn’t show the ready button. Call support and everything looks good on their end. It is now 27 hours later and no email. Should of just delivered it since that will be here before this order is ready.

they literally laughed at me from behind the windows as I waited for two hours in the rain on hold with customer service. I was accosted by multiple vagrants who were ill with probable coronavirus. the service was the worst I have experienced anywhere in my 45 years.
