I recently upgraded my phone and returned the iPhone XS Max I had previously leased to the Verizon store to be shipped back to Verizon. This was within days of upgrading and I had even looked at the ups tracking and saw that the package was CONFIRMED DELIVERED BACK TO VERIZON. Today I just got a one time bill for $500 for a phone I don’t even have anymore!!! What is the deal with this and why have so many people experienced this exact same problem?! What am I supposed to do about this?! I am literally not going to pay for a phone I GAVE BACK to Verizon.
