As a precaution against a SIM hijack I would like to port freeze my account. How do I do that?
I turned it on, but now can’t find the access. 🤷🏼

I would like to put a number lock on my phone, but when I go to the number lock screen you listed, I keep getting this: "
We are experiencing some issues. Please try again later.

Hi, I have the same question, and the instructions about doing the number lock are no longer relevant (these replies were from 2020 and the link no longer works, nor is there any option for "number lock" through the app or the website now). Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
While signed in to My Verizon- if you click on the Settings (gear icon) in the top right, you should see an option that says Number Lock (you may need to scroll down through the settings). Here is a link: https://www.verizon.com/support/port-out-faqs/to help!

If you have a Samsung phone, go to settings and do it yourself.
