My VS-985 is almost 4 years old, been great. About a month ago battery life went in the toilet. Reset it several times (removed) no improvement, put a new battery in, same issue. Is something draining it or is the phone just trash now? Thanks!
We are truly sorry to learn you are having battery issues after the incident. Besides new battery, did you recently upgrade your device software or download a new application?
