Has anyone received the dual screen case for the V60 from LG yet?
I don't even know where to go or what to do to get one. It's supposed to be part of the promo but Verizon is not giving us ANY information on how to actually get it. Seems like fraud.

What happens when you have waited 10 days for the noreply email and try to email [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] and it come back as Undeliverable?
I, too, am waiting on some type of email confirmation that the item has shipped. It is coming up on six (6) weeks with no information. This phone was a birthday present for my son and he is anxiously awaiting the promotional item. I called the number listed and was informed that all questions were to be directed to the email address. Was there such a great demand for this item that you were unable to handle such demand? This is my first time making a purchase with a promotion and unless we hear something soon it may be my last. Very disappointed that Verizon cannot provide information requested.

This promotion seems like a scam no one at Verizon knows Whats going but they talked me into buy this dual screen phone that does all these amazing thing after I sign paper work and pay then they tell you you dont get screen right then. Its like buying a pair of shoes and only getting 1 shoe

Still waiting on my "free" screen from LG. It wasn't till after the purchase that I was told about emailing LG to get three thing. Verizon should have been up front about this BEFORE I signed. It's been almost 4 weeks and I'm still waiting. Not a fan
No it's been over 3 months and everytime I.comtact them they say it will be two more.weeks! I have the same issue. It appears as if it is a scam ! I sent emails to the listed contact email address twice just to make sure. Both came back as undeliverable! This is extremely disappointing with Verizon. Maybe it's a sign for me to be moving on to a new provider
It is amazing how LG can come out with a brand new dual screen phone but can't even fulfill the orders of the previous model

July 20th got conformation that my dual screen submission was approved. As of September 21 no screen. All numbers were called and emails sent. No response from LG.

I am in the exact same boat. It's been over six weeks it's been over eight weeks same thing no tracking numbers nothing. I called it step-by-step and I was very patient can experiencing the same exact problem. Verizon in LG and the Verizon store about my phone at nobody's taking responsibility they're all passing the buck total garbage
I don't believe it. I now have a broken phone because I've been waiting for this screen for over 10 weeks no one's called me back Verizon just gives me a number to LG LG tells me to email them and then there's no confirmation. I've been going round and round and round with all these guys. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years in this is how they treat me. No one is taking responsibility for the dual screen promotion. I can't tell you how much time I've wasted calling Verizon and going into the Verizon store and calling LG being put on hold for an hour just to find out they want me to email them which I never have gotten a response I sent over 5 emails. Its a total scam

I agree. This is the worst promotion ever, and what's worse is that Verizon is not standing by the product they have offered, they are simply using LG as the Scapegoat. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!! IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE I BOUGHT THIS PHONE.

I was told I would be receiving the screen by Oct 16th, today is Oct 17th and I don't even have a tracking number yet. I applied and was approved for the promo on August 18th. I only purchased the phone with the promo instead of the Motorola Edge+. If they cannot come through on their end we should be entitled to a refund on the phone since we were lied to and they cannot keep their end of the deal.
First it was 3 weeks (already FAR too long to have to wait for fulfillment of an item that you've already paid for and they're contractually obligated to provide). Then they tried to blame covid and said it would be 6 weeks (like the dual screen doubles as a ventilator or something?). No. I could see a few days delay - not a doubling of the entire delivery time. THEN that deadline blows past and I get another reply that it will just be NEXT week. Then that deadline blows past. Still no dual screen, still no tracking number. The LG email address works just fine and I don't need a phone number because I don't want to talk about it.
When multiple complaints don't get satisfaction it means you're in the wrong to complain -OR- the parties at fault can't or won't do anything to fix the problem. When they won't fix the problem and don't offer at least a TOKEN in the way of restitution, it means they aren't operating in good faith and they love, Love, LOVE it that you're mad. Because getting mad, is SO much better for them, than getting even. Why get high blood pressure from getting mad? Shut up and take it, or do what you have to do to get even. It's not difficult, and it keeps everybody in line.
And Verizon better get it's act together with its contractual partners, otherwise Big Red will be the one with big, high, blood pressure trying to explain to share holders why all its customers are getting even....

Agreed....When only AFTER YOU PAID FOR THE PHONE that your VERIZON dealer tells you to register online and you'll get the case (the main reason you bought that phone) in 3-6 WEEKS, then ends up waiting even longer (for this person TEN WEEKS!) is not something I'd reply great news to.

I've tried reaching my sales rep, the store and Verizon support. Seems like the conveienetly "forgot" they had this promo and aren't providing any support. My sales agent said HE was supposed to fill out and register and took my IMEI info from my box. It's now been 7+ weeks since my upgrade specifically to get this promo and NOTHING. And support just says - too bad for you. It wasn't OUR promo, it was LG's promo. Agreed that seems like bait/switch or outright fraud given what these are selling for. Maybe the stores/agents were registering their OWN info and getting cases sent to them and selling.

I submitted my paperwork and received a confirmation that the dual screen would be received in 3-6 weeks. Now the email to the promo is now invalid and rolls over to a godaddy site that says the domain is available. So what's the deal? Will we receive the second screen or not?

The email I received said it would be delivered within 3-6 weeks. Also I would receive tracking information. It has been 6 weeks as of today. Haven't heard a word yet. Not happy.

Its been 8 weeks for me and still nothing. And the last 3 weeks I get a email stating it will ship this week. Only reason I bought this phone. And wasnt told until everything was signed that I had to go through LG to get the screen. I was scammed by berizon and LG. And I think its time people maybe bring a civil case against both of them for fraud and scam.

LG V60 Dual Screen - We were also sold on this by Verizon and then told the screens would come later. We didn't realize there were other phones that had the same deal LG was the one they were pushing. We probably would have chosen a different phone if we knew all the details up front. When we got home we tried to sign up for the screens and realized the info the Verizon rep gave us was wrong. We searched it out on our own and finally got signed up. It has been 10 WEEKS no word from LG. I called the number I found on this link. They really could care less about the call or how long you have waited!! The operator gave me a typical garbage answer... It will be on it's way soon... should ship any day...garbage...garbage... we really don't care your stuck with your phone now so what does it matter. Thanks LG and Verizon.
Well, this is beautiful. Been back and forth with the Verizon sales rep who sold me this phone on March 15th and was supposedly handling getting this to me only to find out today she's been fired and the other reps at the location hear about it and their answer?

So professional. Now I come here to find a dozen other hoops to jump through?
How about instead, I spend that otherwise useless time making sure every individual I know and every one they know understands why a Verizon customer of over a decade will never sign another contract and why they should never trust any kind of promotion from Verizon?
Spending nearly 1k on a phone isn't enough motivation for Verizon to follow up on fulfillment without making the customer have to do the footwork and jump through more hoops? Really?

It's a scam. Shame on Verizon & LG for promoting this. The phone is not that great , but they sold me the dual screen benefit & I believed it.
My gut told me to stick with the plan of an upgraded Galaxy. Buyer beware! There is NO dual screen.
LG no longer in the phone business anyway. There phones were getting horrible even with the 2yr warranty they gave. My LG G6 had numerous problems so glad I switched to samsung.
Never got ours. Verizon person said they sent another request. Never got it. Went back to the store and they told me to call LG they couldn't (wouldn't) help us.
Anytime I have had a promotional item from LG pretty sure you were able to check the status of it on their website somewhere. Seem to remember all that info was given to me when I submitted to get the item. Guess things have changed. Surprised no one at LG could check the status if you have all your info, unusual for LG in my experience with their promotional items.
