I went to your store today in St. Cloud, MN and was met by a SECURITY GUARD. The SECURITY GUARD yelled at me, and turned me away before I even got near the door and told me I could NOT come in unless I was there to PAY MY BILL. I went there because my phone is not working properly and needed HELP. Instead of getting any HELP, I was told by the SECURITY GUARD that I could CALL an IT person. That does NOT help me in getting a diagnosis of what is wrong with my phone and whether it can be fixed or not.
Your customer service FAILS in the fact that you would not let me in to have someone look at my phone to see what can be done with it. I have never been treated like that when approaching a store where I have done business for many years with the company. That is going to change, as I will be SHOPPING AROUND for new SERVICE where I will actually get HELP when I NEED IT. IF you can let customers in to PAY THEIR BILL so you get your MONEY, then you can also let in customers who NEED HELP. People are watching how they are treated and will REMEMBER what you are doing in letting in only those who are there to PAY YOU MONEY and not to HELP your CUSTOMERS.
