East Hawaii Island Outage (Puna District)

I live within a mile of a Verizon Cell Site, but we have been without service for over 72 hours, now. There have been no power interruptions and cell service in town (Pahoa 96778) works fine. Other people in our area using other service have full service.
PLEASE ADVISE- THIS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE

Going on one week without cell service - still no response from anyone regarding the issue..
Time to trash my phones and change to another service provider. Tired of the garbage
