My Wireless Home Phone WHPLVP2. My At&t cordless handset will not get the Caller ID. The phone knows the time I receive calls it just does not include the phone number. Any suggestions how to get this to work?
I found online that you call *31 and it resets the stored numbers in the caller id. It now works for me.
