today i stopped into an actual VZW store and was advised that i have an order that is still processing, i picked up the order on 5/22, I WANT TO BUY A NEW PHONE ON MY ACCOUNT but because yall are still "processing" this order i cant do jack, here is said order number xxxxxxx, this is the error i get, unfortunately, we cant continue with your upgrade, Currently there is pending order on this line.... i called verizon and sat there for almost 2 hours .. my ticket for this is incxxxxxxxxx this needs addressed so it does not happen to anyone else. the most frustrating part about this all, i went to the store i got the sim card from and it wasnt a knock off store it was a real VZW store
