How do I enable wi-fi calling on Iphone 8 Plus?

When I turn on Wi-Fi Calling, then "enable" in pop-up window, I get message "To allow Wi-Fi calling on this account, contact Verizon". Click on "go to website" leads to "Page is unavailable"
