I have a LG G7 ThinQ. Every time I try to access voicemail I get an error message. I call voicemail and it says to put in my mailbox number. Everything I try to put in (my PIN, my password, my phone number) does not work. I keep getting the message that this mailbox number is invalid. I spent an hour with Verizon this morning and they were of no help. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. It doesn't even seem like I can at least get voicemail reset so I can start all over with set up. Anyone else have this issue?
