Anybody else catch on that the $10 credit Verizon gives for using online statements and automatic bill pay became a $10 fee on the July 2020 bill? This results in a net $20 increase in your monthly bill due to a programming error.

We would always want to know if you are having some sort of billing issue, so thank you for creating this thread. The Auto Pay with Paperless Billing discount would only be listed as a charge if you had made a manual payment with a credit card instead of allow the automatic payment to be completed.
