While tethered to my laptop, my data speeds are currently being throttled down to 3G speeds (tested at .47Mbps download) even though I've only used 1.91 of my 15GB monthly hotspot limit. I thought throttling was only supposed to start after I've used up my 15GB? I've tried to reset my network connections, but it hasn't helped.
For reference, my wife is on an identical unlimited plan, but she is not experiencing this throttling, which leads me to believe this isn't a result of a "high usage" area.
