I still haven't got an answer for my question, the file on my phone 'DEC 31 1969' who put it there? Now you (Verizon) are dropping my calls, this didn't happen until now! I know you would like me to upgrade my phone, because of all the ads on my account. Well I might upgrade my phone, but it will be with another provider!!

I know garbage when I see it If you longer need me as a customer, then say so, but stop the garbage!!!!!!
