I periodically get this error message for texts. I can send and receive most texts. This happens from different senders.

I've spoken to text support and they have gone trough all of the troubleshooting all-ready more than once.

The following has been reset: network settings, app preferences and a full factory reset.

The Verizon store directs me to tech support and tech support has no success. I need a solution ASAP. This has been ongoing for 3 weeks.
