I have been on hold for over 30min and I am aware in the change of Verizon Customer Service hours since COVID. However the time is approaching closing time and I am wondering will I remain on hold once they are closed or will someone pick my call up??
also this is the second day I have attempted to contact customer service and bc of the absurd wait time have been unsuccessful in speaking with an agent.
I have tried to work with the txt and and the computer automated responses. But even the comp is telling me to call and speak with live agent. BUT I can’t get one on the phone.
VERIZON SERVICE USE TO BE GREAT BUT WITH ALL THE PRESSURE FROM THEIR NEW AND IMPROVED COMPETITOR THEY ARE FALLING SHORT. SAD.
