My husband and I cannot stream without wifi. we have a iphone 8 and iphone XR. we have unlimited data but can't seem to get any data when away from wifi.
kckendler, we want to make sure you and your husband are able to stream away when you are not connected to Wi-Fi. Allow us the opportunity to investigate. When did this concern start? Do you receive an error message when you try to use the internet when Wi-Fi is off? Does this happen everywhere you go? Or only at a certain location?
