Forgot password, locked out of Phone S10e

Just got my new work phone S10e up and running and immediately forgot my password to unlock the phone! Only have a couple tries left. Google 'find my device' only allows locking the phone, erasing it completely, or making a noise to find it.

How do I recover my password or change it with my phone locked?

RuCraft, if you've forgotten your PIN and are unable to remember it, your only option would be to erase the device and setting it up as new again. You can either do so via the device as shown here: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-222931/ or using Google Find My Device as shown here: https://www.google.com/android/find.
