I am seriously annoyed. I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 pro on October 19 and had a delivery date of November 18, but my order had to be cancelled because website didn't let me change the payment method. My phone had to be ordered again which I didn't mind, but now my new deliver by date is December 9th. To say I am angry with Verizon is an understatement, I just want my phone delivered to me. I want to know if there is anything I can do to get my old delivery date back?
