I used to be able to use my phone no problem in my house. It suddenly stopped working, dropped call or no service a few weeks ago and I don’t know how to fix the problem. It is my only phone.

Apple IPhone XR. I have talked to AppleCare and they sent me a replacement phone to rule out a bad antenna. I also got a new SIM card.

Yes, software up to date at 14.2. Yes, just in my home. It used to work and then stopped. I don’t know about the neighbors.
