After being a customer of Verizon Wireless for many years, I am EXTREMELY disappointed and DISGUSTED with this company and I will never give Verizon Wireless my business again. After calling customer service on THREE separate occasions about a double charge on my bill (meaning I already paid for the items and they were trying to charge me a second time for something I already paid for), I received different answers every single time and the last time I made a formal complaint because they're claiming they never received my money even though I SEE THE CHARGES ON MY BANK STATEMENT. So if they don't have my money, where did it go? That's a major problem. I'm not paying twice for something like I have a money tree growing out in my backyard. So after I made my complaint, the next day they cut off my service because of "non-payment on my bill" because I refuse to give you blockheads over $300 TWICE. So I ported out my number to a different (and better) carrier and I am more than willing to pay off what I owe MINUS the +$300 you people are double charging me for. If you continue to keep trying to get me to pay for something I already paid for, I have no issue getting a lawyer involved. Because that is disgusting and absolutely RIDICULOUS that after paying for your overpriced cell services, for over TEN YEARS I will add, that you would treat a paying customer this way. You are NOT getting that money from me because you already have it. Stay away from this company, seriously. Absolute useless and vile trash.
