Messenger plus enable calls

Does anyone knows if I enable the call feature in my Verizon messenger plus, does the phone I’m tracking (my 17 year old) does she get notifications that her phone is being tracked? Please help, she is not going to trust me if she finds out I’m tracking her calls.
