Like the title says, I removed insurance from my device and it also removed the Visual Voicemail option from my account. In the "Add-ons & Apps" account section, the option is no longer available in the list of add-ons. What is happening here? Support said it's strange that the option is not even there, but to wait 24 hours and hope it reappears. Has anybody else had this issue?
