I placed an order on 11/16 for the BOGO promotion for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I signed up for a new line of service for the Get phone as the promotion stated. Signed the terms and conditions. Paid for the taxes. All was good and well until yesterday, 11/18, when I received notice that one phone was shipping but the other phone had been cancelled. I am currently on the 3rd group with Verizon telling me there is nothing they can do as the promo ended yesterday on the 18th. I have all the emails and screen shots of my account. Has anyone had the same issue? How am I able to have this resolved as I followed all the T&Cs Verizon laid out for the promotion?
