Last email I was able to receive was at 7:49 am CT - what is going on?
Actually I am getting my yahoo and gmail but not my outlook...and my outlook is my main email. Need some answers please.

Making sure you can get all your emails is always crucial. I want to make sure you don't have any issues. We're glad to help. What happens when you check your email on your device? Does your data work for other things on the phone?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. We want to make sure you can get all of your emails. What happens when you try to pull up your Outlook? Are emails coming through to that on other devices?
Have you tried deleting the email account and setting it up again?
