Cannot text 1 contact. Can receive from them.

I just switched to Verizon yesterday and my wife is not receiving my texts. I can receive texts from her but she does not get mine. My phone does not state the message failed or anything like that. I tried using message + or whatever and that didn't work. I tried deleting her contact and texting her. I tried force closing messenger. Nothing is working. She has an iPhone 10 and I have a s10+
