I ordered two new phones with the upgrade option and the funds were taken out on November 15th and they said that the phones would ship no later than December 11th. Today I received an email stating that the payment was declined and the orders are nowhere to be found on our account. Our bill still reflects the updated amount that was given to us with the new phones on the plan. Upon looking into our Apple Pay, a new transaction was attempted just an hour ago (around 7 PM MST) and that was declined but there was more than enough for it to process. Very confused and very disappointed as both me and my fiancé were looking forward to getting these in time for the holidays. Please please please reach out. Will be calling customer service first thing in the AM as hours for the day are over.
