I have been a customer for 20 yrs
On dec 11, i added a line and ordered a I phone 12 bogo, i ordered it to be store pickup, but after I ordered I was informed one of the new phones would come fed ex the other we could pick up, so we picked up the first one.
Hr after I made the initial order I realized my address was wrong so I fixed it, it was an old address, but since I ordered them to be both picked up, I didn’t double check, anyways i informed Verizon within an hr and they updated the correct address, that was Friday night, so that Tuesday it still comes to the wrong address, contacted fed ex, they said it had to go back to Verizon, contacted Verizon via chat because I couldn’t get a live person on the phone, Andrew on the chat says contact the delivery boy his exact words, I said that’s impossible, that would be something that Verizon would have to do, so I say forget it, after hrs of no progress being made one way or another so I call again and after 40mins of holding and an 30 mins of conversation Erik Says he got me covered , my concern was I don’t want forfeit the bogo promo because the phone went to wrong address even after I updated and received reference number stating such, so I ask for documentation stating that I will receive the promo, he says he will send a text and he Says no worries your covered, when I get the text after I hang up, it says Verizon will review the said promo, review? That doesn’t give me much confidence, I wouldn’t have ordered the second line and new phone if it wasn’t for the promo
I hope Verizon honors said promo
