Pre-Paid to post-Paid promo

I'm getting mixed answers on this from various people and places. I have 2 Pre-Paid lines and Verizon is currently running a $450 per line promo for switching with a bring-your-own-phone promo. Is this only for people coming from another carrier or can it be used by Verizon Pre-Paid customers?

I can probably answer my own question after a little more research. I haven't had the Pre-Paid lines 6 months so it appears that would be the deal breaker if nothing else.
