I have my mother on my account I need to change the name that appears when she uses the phone, The name that shows up is the person that previously had that number. When she called me the first time I didn't answer the phone because I didn't recognize the name (too any political calls). It was later that I checked the phone number and it was the number given to her when I purchased the phone and put her on my account. How Do I change the name so that my mother's name appears when she makes phone calls?
