How do you file a complaint? I am not able to get a customer service rep to pull a call to review the promises made in regards to credits to my account. I have been lied too and ran around for over a week now. I have documents to prove what I was set up for and text message from customer service on what they would credit and than I talk to someone else who pretty much tells me that text from Verizon means nothing. It’s unbelievable this company can sign someone up and than say oh sorry you don’t get these promos now. That’s fraudulently getting customers. Also had an awful experience with a TCC Verizon that needs to be addressed. I don’t understand how I can be told something and than be billed the opposite with no help. Any help is appreciated.
