It's very obvious that Verizon does not keep it's word and can't be trusted In regards to credits promised and other issue for that matter on Tuesday January 5 I was called by a supervisor after being hung up this supervisor stated several times he would be providing me a credit who than transferred me to sales. Next day no credit I call several times each time I was hung up on get told there is no notes for credit how convenient more babbling and excuses the last rep decided to add a absurd condition for me to get this promised credit which was repeated yesterday along with there other script today I get told there is no record of any of this uh really? Guess if I don't have record of having to pay Verizon will just ignore that right off how they only loose what suits them as they continue there lies and delay tactics. I guess my phone's phol log/record is a lie also. Get lied to with a false credit promise and they try to cover it u and pretend it never happened how nice
