Trade-in Fraud!

i trade in in my pixel 3 for the pixel 5, i only trade in because they offer me $400 off the new one and its been two months and i havent heard anything, did not get any email, except the one with the submission code and when checking the submission code it says

final trade in value-$0.00

The pixel 3 was in perfect working condition, no cracks and eveything was working fine, so i just sent them my perfect working condition phone for free, pretty upset and its not right, will be making further actions on this
