I recently returned a defective device in November 2020, but was still charged for it Jan. 10, 2021. After over 23 different calls and chats with various verizon associates (Mark, Cindy, Jerry, etc.) daily I have not been given a resolution. I have been told it was resolved and removed from bill on Nov. 12, 2020. Then it was withdrawn from my bank account anyways. Then I was informed it was received, but not scanned in at a warehouse 3 times between Jan. 13, 2021 and Jan. 20, 2021. I was told until an 'investigation' was complete I could not be issued a refund. Mark put in an escalation on Jan 14. Then this afternoon at 1:10p.m. Jerry told me my refund of 899.99$ was approved and had already been issued. It was not. Now at 2:30 p.m. I am told to wait 7-11 days for another investigation and 3-5 more after that for another refund. I cannot get any written correspondence about this matter. I have accumulated 200$ in NSF fees from my Bank because of this issue. I can't even get gas in my car or get groceries right now with three kids at home.
