MS Teams Calls being blocked by Call Filter

Recently Verizon Call Filter has been automatically blocking calls from Microsoft Teams meeting dialouts. These calls originate from a UK number: 44-121-393-4914. In order to accept these meeting calls I have to completely shut off Call Filter.

I would like to keep Call Filter active. I have tried the following:

-Adding a contact in my phone with this number

-Turning OFF international call blocking

-Adding an "allowed number" - this only allows domestic numbers.

Phone info: iPhone XS with latest IOS. Call Filter app version 3.3.3

Any help would be appreciated!

If you feel that this number has been mislabeled as Spam, you can submit feedback here: https://voicespamfeedback.com/vsf/ . Also, on iOS devices, there is an "Allowed Numbers' list which allows numbers to be whitelisted and not blocked. Learn more here: https://www.verizon.com/support/how-to-use-call-filter/ .

Thank you for the quick response. Two things:

1.) I am aware of the allowed numbers function. However, it will not work because it only allows domestic numbers. (in the app itself: * Domestic numbers only) The MS Teams number appears to originate in the UK.

2.) The feedback form link you provided seems to only be for the business who owns the number. I nor my company own the number, that is Microsoft. I am certainly not authorized to speak for them.

Please keep in mind if the feature is not allowing you to receive the calls from eh UK, you can remove the feature, this way you don't have to worry about missing those important calls.
