When I open the app it shows it saying "Verizon" but then I just a blank white screen and it doesn't load
jillv346, your My Verizon app is such a helpful tool, we would be happy to help get it working. Have you confirmed that both the app and your phone are fully updated?

Thank you for checking. Have you tried force stopping the app to see if it will load after the force stop?
