Have not recieved my monthly credit for trading in an IPhone 8 plus
Also have not recieved my $300 BYOD credit
This was supposed to be all worked out back in mid Dec by Verizon Customer service.
But as of yet, no progress on either.
Not happy at this point.
Traded 2 phones in, received proper credit for 1, not the other.
