Can my kids turn off the vpn and “break in”? Is there a way to set up a password so they can’t do this? I block everything and they are still using because they said they just shut off the VPN. So then I cannot monitor anything!!
Celena36, we completely understand your concern with being able to ensure that your child is not able to override the Smart Family feature using a VPN, and we are here to help. What is the make and model of your child's device, and you currently have the companion app installed on their device?

On my child's phone I tapped on the smart family notification about the vpn and it brought me to a vpn screen with a settings option. I forget the exact wording but there was an option to restrict access to the vpn and it prevents her from accessing it to turn it off now.
