I have a phone that was returned to the Ft Worth center in error and I need to retrieve it. How do I do this??? I have tracking and received date and information.
You can't. Once you send a phone to Verizon, they don't send it back.

Well, that phone is connected to my. Verizon account and it has to be there. Why can you not credit my account for the return, per the ID# on the phone? Do you just trash it ???.
