Data speed in Jonesboro AR is slow. Speedtest ran on Race St around the post office was 1.05 Mbps. The speedtest ran outside of town about 10 minutes later was 111 mbps! That is a big difference! There has been a lot of chatter on social media in town about this and other carriers are not having this issue. This is obviously not a phone or plan issue. Is there too much congestion in Jonesboro for Verizon to handle?

Yes, the only issue is in town. I saw on the local news that Verizon was aware and going to be doing some upgrades in Jonesboro. Can you confirm this?
