The on-screen audio tutorial randomly came on and will not shut off and I cannot exit it either. Anyone else ever have this issue? It's the 2021 model.

Please try the Alternate Method Reset. It will not delete or change anything on your phone. When it comes back on, let us know if the tutorial has disabled.

You very likely turned on the Accessibility options. You might have to double tap to open the settings and use two fingers to scroll down to accessibility settings in order to turn it off.
