Switched to Get More Unlimited and added my Ipad to the unlimited plus connected which was suppose to be 50% of 30.00 ( $ 15.00 ) First bill after my switch, they charged back my 50% connected device discount and charged full price for the upcoming month. Spoke with customer service and she stated the connected device discount only applies to the regular connected device plan and not the plus. She than changed my device plan from plus to regular.
I was under the impression that both regular & plus connected plans were eligible for the 50% discount when also subscribed to the Get More Unlimited plan ???
