I have enjoyed good service up until a month or 2 ago. I got an excellent 4G signal up until then. Now, I only get 1X at work most of the time. 4G comes and goes with only 1 bar. I specifically switched to Verizon to get a better signal. My old ATT got a better signal than I am getting now. My co-workers don't seem to have this issue. In Washington, WV by US Route 50 bridge.

We value your loyalty and want to make sure you get world class service. I know how important it is to figure out what is going on. Do you only have this issue in that area or wherever you go? How do other services like calling and texting work there?
