Why is the chat web link incorrect? The link is as follows:

All that link does is take you to the contact support page.

Why is there now no live chat? I have a new phone that broke and I need to talk to a REAL person about it. Thank you.

The chat with us (quickest option according to the page) does not work!!! Why have the option and lie about it if that is not true?!!!
