But the app on my Samsung Galaxy A11 phone shows this.
Any idea what the problem is?
A server problem is client side which is 100% on Verizon to fix.
JustinMcInvale, I rely on my Call Filter feature constantly, so getting an error when trying to access the feature is very alarming. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with what happens when you attempt to access the feature on our website (vzw.com) instead of the app?
