Here is my "Verizon Customer Care Survey" response after exchanging several DMs with Verizon tech support and getting no help whatsoever with my Message+ installation failure ....
Acknowledge that you actually grasped and understood that your Message+ installation code has a fatal flaw (refusal to scan a perfectly imaged authentication QR code) ... and then offer an actual solution ... instead of ignoring me and blowing me off with a Verizon Customer Care Survey. At least label it properly as a "Verizon We-Could-Not-Care-Less Customer Survey."
