Does anyone else have problems with their wifi calling randomly stop working on the iPhone X. I spoke with Verizon yesterday and did a reset but today it stopped again. I spoke with apple today and they say it’s a Verizon issue.
sherryblackburn1974, we want to make sure all of your device features are working properly. Wi-Fi Calling is dependent upon the use of a residential/business Internet connection in order to work. Accordingly, it would rely on that connection for use. Are you using Verizon FiOS/DSL for your Wi-Fi network or someone else? Have you reset your router to see if that stabilizes the connection?
