Like many others on this site, I am receiving spam texts from porn sites since purchasing my new iPhone. I've checked the boxes on the website and still receive them. Verizon's tech support people have not been able to provide a solution. The last chat suggested that I send a screenshot to 7728 which was a complete waste of time because the bot kept asking for a phone number. These are emails with at least 20 people included on each one. I also attempted to go to a Verizon store which was a waste of time and gasoline. The young man told me that he had no idea how to help and that I was not the first customer to come to the store asking for help. I've noticed that since I started to report this that Verizon is now charging customers to stop this very thing. So my question is this -- why would you charge your customers money for something that you cannot fix? I am furious.
